  1. Delivery Times: United States: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 3-7 business days. Canada: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 6-12 business days. Overseas: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 8-16 business days. These are our typical shipping times, in cases where orders are placed close to national holidays (Christmas, Black Friday, Mothers/Fathers Day) Shipping times may vary. 

  2. Shipping Methods: a. Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically utilizes postal services or ground shipping carriers. b. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, providing faster delivery times.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  4. Order Processing: a. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. b. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

  5. International Shipping: a. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. b. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing times and local postal services.

  6. Shipping Restrictions: a. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. b. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  7. Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

  8. Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Fifthyear.shop account.

Returns: Our shirts are made to order which unfortunately means we are not able to accept returns. 

Refunds: As we are made to order, we cannot accept refunds if you do not like your size or change your mind on ordering.
